BugMe! Viewer 1.1 is a Windows companion program for BugMe! For Palm OS.
BugMe! Viewer has now been installed on your PC and an entry made in your program start menu. A conduit has been installed that will download your BugMe! notes when you HotSync your Palm with your PC.
Use of our conduit to copy notes from the Palm to the PC requires that you are using HotSync manager version 3.0 or later. You can download the current version of HotSync manager from www.palm.com/support/downloads
If you asked for BugMe! 3.22 to be installed as well as the Viewer then HotSync immediately after installation. This will ensure that BugMe! version 3.22 is properly installed on your Palm.
BugMe! Viewer can only display notes that were created (or have been viewed) by version 3.2 or later of BugMe! If you still have an earlier version of BugMe! on your Palm and you wish to use the viewer then either rerun the BugMe! Viewer installer to install version 3.22 or download the latest version of BugMe! from www.hausofmaus.com/bugme.zip.
If your Palm contains notes created by an earlier version of BugMe! then you will need to convert them into the current format before the Viewer will display them. All you have to do is view each note on the Palm with BugMe version 3.2 or later.
BugMe! Viewer can then be launched at any time from the Start Menu. New and updated notes will be copied to your PC whenever you do a HotSync. If BugMe! Viewer is running when you HotSync then it will read any new or changed notes automatically and allow you to view them without closing and relaunching.
